Important considerations

New views (saved views) will appear as a new tab on the topmost filter bar after the default views on the shipment dashboard
All the views will appear with the same set of filters, columns, and sequence for all the organization members except for Legacy view, which is only visible to the creator
Custom (saved) and default views will keep updating automatically as new shipments are added to the record
Saved and default views can be customized, renamed, emailed, and deleted anytime from the shipments dashboard
Saved filters under a view will change and be applied automatically when you switch views
Saved custom columns sequence (order) will also change and appear automatically on the dashboard as you switch between views

Create new views

Custom views are created with the filters, sequence (order of column), column choices (show or hide), and sorting criteria. You can also save the search results under a view when you search for specific terms in the search bar.

Go to Shipments in the AfterShip Tracking admin.
Go to the All tab > select the filters via Add filters.
Click Save view as.

You can edit columns by clicking on the Manage columns button.

You can apply sorting conditions via the Sort button and can also run a search to fetch the shipments data you want via the Search shipments search bar.

Click the + Create new view. Select whether you want to save the current view with the applied filters or not.

Three options will appear on the screen:

a. Create new view with current filters: Enter the View name in the textfield provided and click Create view.

This view will be available for all your organization members.

b. Create new view with no filters: Enter the View name and click Create view.
c. Create new view using template: Choose a template from the recommended pre-made templates.

Save the view with an easy-to-recognize name and use it later on for easy access without applying the filters again.
The newly saved custom view will automatically appear at the top filter bar.

The saved or default view can be edited with new filters, or you can remove some. Just click Save view as again to save the existing view with the updated version.

You can select the saved view at any time to view only the orders that match your criteria
To switch between views, simply click the view you'd like to see

Saved views are available to all the members of one organization.
