Tracking Copilot is an experimental AI assistant built into AfterShip Tracking. Designed to enhance logistics workflows, it helps you retrieve shipment insights, analyze performance metrics, and navigate the product.


This feature is part of our ongoing effort to explore how AI can support and streamline shipment tracking and logistics decision-making.


What Tracking Copilot can do


1. Generate dashboard summaries


Copilot can summarize key insights from your analytics dashboards, and no deep data digging is required. It’s ideal for quick reviews, executive presentations, or performance monitoring.


Supported dashboards include:


  • Shipments
  • Order-to-delivery time
  • Transit time
  • On-time shipments
  • Exceptions



2. Analyze shipment data using natural language queries


Copilot transforms complex data analysis into simple conversations. You can ask questions in plain language, and Copilot will navigate your shipment data to deliver detailed insights that enhance your logistics operations. The AI can perform various analytical tasks including counting shipments, calculating performance metrics, and identifying key qualitative patterns.
