Your customers can conveniently opt for AfterShip Protection on the cart page by selecting the option beneath the product.


How you can add AfterShip Protection for your customers


If your customers haven't purchased AfterShip Protection during checkout but wish to do so afterward, you can add it through the admin screen


  1. Navigate to AfterShip Protection admin > Coverage
  2. Click Add coverage


  1. Select the order for which you want to add the coverage


Note: Coverage can only be added to paid and unfulfilled orders.
