Steps to connect your Seino account


Follow the below instructions to complete your Seino integration:


  1. Register with Seino: Visit the official Seino registration page at https://www.seino.co.jp/en/.
  2. Request your API UID/ User ID:

    Option 1: Contact your Seino Account Manager and request an API UID for tracking access.
    Option 2: Write an email to Seino’s point of contact, keeping AfterShip’s carrier integration team in CC. Request an API UID for tracking your shipments.


  1. Connect Seino in AfterShip:


a. Log in to your AfterShip Tracking account.
b. Go to Settings > Carriers.


c. Select Add carrier.


d. Search for Seino, then click Add.


e. Click Connect now.


f. Enter the API UID/User ID when prompted.


g. Click Connect to save the connection to enable tracking.
