How to Refund AfterShip Protection?
Overview
You can refund the AfterShip Protection product before the order is fulfilled to void the coverage and avoid premium charges. Once the order is marked as fulfilled or partially fulfilled, the protection can no longer be refunded, and the premium will be charged.
Refund eligibility
Before fulfillment:
You can refund the Protection product at any time before the order status changes to "fulfilled".
AfterShip Protection will not charge the premium.
The protection status will be marked as Void.
After fulfillment or partial fulfillment:
Please note that refunds for Protection are not allowed.
The premium will be charged as the coverage becomes active.
How to refund
You can process the refund directly through your eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce):
Go to the specific order in your eCommerce admin.
Initiate a refund for the AfterShip Protection product.
Confirm the refund before the order is marked as fulfilled.
