Updating your password
- Log in to your AfterShip account.
- In the AfterShip dashboard, click organization name.
- Select Manage account from the dropdown menu.
- Click Security from the left menu.
- In the Password section, click Change password.
- A pop-up will appear to verify your identity.
- Your email ID will be pre-filled and grayed out, making it uneditable.
- Click Send code.
- A verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
- Copy the verification code and enter it in the text field provided.
- Click Verify.
- You will be taken to the Change password page.
- Enter the new password.
- Re-enter your password in the Confirm password text field to confirm the change.
- Click Change password to successfully change the password.
- You may be asked to log in again using your new password to verify the change.
