Remove ‘Powered by AfterShip’

By default, AfterShip tracking displays the “Powered by AfterShip” branding on tracking pages, order lookup, widget, and email notifications. This helps customers identify the platform powering your shipment tracking. However, merchants who want a fully branded customer experience may prefer to remove this branding to ensure these post-purchase touchpoints are consistent with the brand. In this article, learn how to remove the “Powered by AfterShip” label, the subscription required, and the steps to update.


How to remove AfterShip branding?


AfterShip branding appears on the tracking page, order lookup widget, and email template footer. If your subscription allows, you can remove this branding by following the steps below. Your customers will no longer see “Powered by AfterShip.” The tracking page, emails, and the order lookup widget will look fully aligned with your brand’s tone and messaging.


Remove AfterShip branding from tracking pages


  1. Go to Tracking pages in your AfterShip Tracking admin.
  2. Open an existing tracking page customization or create a new one.
  3. Scroll down to the Footer section.
  4. Click Powered by AfterShip.
  5. Select the delete (trash) icon at the top.



  1. Confirm by clicking Delete.
  2. Click Save to make changes.


Remove AfterShip branding from the Order lookup page


  1. Switch from the tracking page to the order lookup page.



  1. Click Footer > Select Remove ‘Powered by AfterShip’ footer.




When you embed a tracking page in your Shopify store, the ‘Powered by AfterShip’ label is automatically hidden on all plans.

  1. Go to the Order lookup widget in the AfterShip tracking admin.
  2. Scroll to AfterShip branding.
  3. Select Remove ‘Powered by AfterShip’.



The changes will be synced to your order lookup widget automatically.


Remove AfterShip branding from email notifications


  1. Go to Notifications in your AfterShip Tracking admin.
  2. Click Email templates
  3. To begin, click Create templates.
  4. Choose a pre-defined template for any checkpoint > Create.
  5. Check the ‘Remove Powered by AfterShip’ checkbox.
