Reset Your AfterShip Account Password
Overview
AfterShip's password reset feature helps you securely regain access to your account if you've entered an incorrect password or simply want to update your password for security reasons.
Scenario 1: Cannot log in to the account
If you are unable to log in to your account using the correct password, opt for the Forget password option.
On the login window, click Forget your password?.
Enter your registered email address where the password reset instructions will be sent. Click Send me reset instructions.
Open the Reset password email from AfterShip and click the Reset password button to set up a new password.
The password reset link will remain valid for 60 minutes after it is received.

Scenario 2: Logged in and want to change my password
If youβre logged in and want to update your password:
Go to Manage account > Security in your account settings.
Click the Change password button.
Verify your identity using your current password or email, and click Continue.
If you donβt remember your current password, follow the steps in Scenario 1.
Set a new password.
