Overview
AfterShip Tracker App enables your iOS and Android customers to get real-time order status updates on their mobile devices. Customer can auto-track orders with email sync or manage shipments without creating an account in guest mode. Customers can add and track up to three shipments in guest mode. You can signup any time and continue adding more shipments from your email.
Track shipments in guest mode
- Go to the AfterShip Package Tracker app
- On the welcome screen, skip the sync shipment option and either Select {+} icon or Add shipment option
- Enter the tracking number. Select a courier or let our auto-detect courier feature select the courier based on the tracking number format
- Add a title (optional) for the shipment and click Add shipment. The latest tracking updates from the carrier will display on the screen
