Connect AfterShip Tracking with Gorgias
You can access Gorgias integration page in two ways
- Go to ** Apps ** in the AfterShip Tracking admin
- Click View more apps in the upper right-hand corner
- Search Gorgias for AfterShip Tracking. Click on it and you will land on the ** Gorgias ** integration page
or,
Navigate to the ** Gorgias ** integration page on AfterShip website directly
- Select AfterShip Tracking from the dropdown and then click Install app
- Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking (Optional) for which you are establishing this integration
- Input your Gorgias store name formatted as {brandname.gorgias.com} in the Store name field
- Click on Install app
- Authorize AfterShip Tracking to access your Gorgias helpdesk data
How would I know the connection has been established successfully
- You can check the connection under ** Apps ** dashboard in your AfterShip Tracking account
- In the Gorgias admin, go to the Settings > App store > My Apps
Customer experience
Once the connection gets established successfully, your team can successfully see the following tracking events directly inside the Gorgias ticket window and share the information regarding:
- Tracking number
- Tracking status
- Estimated delivery date
- Carriers
- Origin country
- Destination country
- Order number
- Order date
- Delivery date
- Picked up date
