Connect Magento 1 With AfterShip Tracking

Overview


AfterShip Tracking supports multiple Magento stores. All you need to do is create a new role, assign a user and specify the store by entering its ID. AfterShip Tracking will automatically import order information every three hours.


Add a new role


  1. Log in to your Magento admin Panel > System > Web Services > SOAP/XML-RPC - Roles.
  2. Add New Role > Enter name (for example, AfterShip) > Save role.
  3. Move to Role Resources.
  4. Select All as the Resource Access > Save the role.



Create a new user


  1. Log in to Magento Admin Panel > System > Web Services > SOAP/XML-RPC - Users.
  2. Add New User > Enter required details > Save user.
  3. Move to User role > Select the role > Save.



Locate Store ID


  1. Log in to Magento Admin Panel > System > Manage stores > Select store.
  2. Copy the Store ID from the URL (e.g. 1).
  3. Your store URL is the link before /index.



Connect AfterShip to Magento 1


  1. Go to the Magento 1 app page > Enter required details.
  2. Click Install app.
