Overview
AfterShip Tracking works seamlessly with ShipBob. This integration syncs your ShipBob orders to AfterShip, keeping your customers updated in real time with tracking notifications.
By connecting AfterShip and ShipBob, you can:
- Gain a centralized view of order tracking data and customer order histories.
- Automatically pull tracking numbers from ShipBob once the orders are fulfilled.
- Automatically import shipments into AfterShip Tracking, where they will be matched with the correct couriers and tracked.
- Send automated in-transit and info-received email notifications to the customers.
Steps to integrate ShipBob with AfterShip Tracking
- Create and set up your ShipBob account
- Log into your AfterShip Tracking admin dashboard
- Go to Integrations > View more apps
- Find ShipBob and select it to land on the detailed integration page
- Click Install App
- Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking (Optional) for which you are establishing this integration
- To install the ShipBob app, you need to fill in your ShipBob Email or username and Password to authenticate the connection
- On the authorization window, Click Allow & Install
- You can check the connection under ** Apps ** dashboard in your AfterShip Tracking account
