Connect ShipStation With AfterShip Tracking
Overview
ShipStation is a shipping solution for eCommerce platforms that allows you to manage all your small parcel and LTL shipping needs in one place. By integrating ShipStation with AfterShip Tracking orders can be automatically imported to AfterShip Tracking's centralised Shipments dashboard and tracked across 1100+ couriers.

Locate API key
Log in to ShipStation > Settings > Account > API Settings > Generate API Key > Copy the API key
Locate API Secret
Log in to ShipStation > Settings > Account > API Settings > Copy the API Secret
Get the Store Name
- Log in to ShipStation > Settings > Selling Channels > Store Setup > Edit store > Rename the store > Save
- Copy the Store name
If you yet to connect your store to ShipStation, click Connect a Store or Marketplace and add your store.
Connect ShipStation with AfterShip Tracking
You can access ShipStation integration page in two ways
- Go to ** Apps ** in the AfterShip Tracking admin
- Click View more apps in the upper right-hand corner
- Search ShipStation for AfterShip Tracking. Click on it and you will land on the ** ShipStation ** integration page
or,
Navigate to the ShipStation ** integration page on AfterShip website directly and click **Install app
- Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking (Optional) for which you are establishing this integration
- Add the required details and Install app
- You can check the connection under ** Apps ** dashboard in your AfterShip Tracking account
Once the connection is established, AfterShip Tracking will automatically import shipments created at ShipStation every 3 hours.
Complete AfterShip store connection actions
Once your ShipStation is connected to AfterShip Tracking, there is one action that we recommend setting up.
- Go to your Apps ** section > Click **Store connections > Actions
- You will see two settings on the dropdown, out of which you need to take care of one
