How to Analyze the Performance of Email/SMS Flows

Overview
AfterShip Tracking enables you to track the performance of the notification flows in a few simple steps.
How to track the performance of the Notifications Flows
- Log into your AfterShip Tracking admin dashboard
- Click Notifications > Flows
- Select a flow for which you want to track the performance
- Click Edit
- Once done, click Show Analytics on the top right corner of the dashboard
You can set the date range in order to view the performance over a specific time period by clicking on the date column.
You can also check the precise and in-depth details by clicking on any of the metrics. The available analytics are as follows:
For email sending action:
- Sent: It refers to the total number of emails sent within a specific time range.
- Open rate: It refers to the average open rate for an email within a specific time range.
- Click rate: It refers to the average click rate for an email within a specific time range.
For SMS sending action:
- Sent: It refers to the total number of SMS sent within a specific time range.
- Click rate: It refers to the average click rate for this SMS within a specific time range.
- Delivered: It refers to the total number of SMS delivered within a specific time range.
