How to Set Up Email Notifications for Partially Fulfilled Orders

Overview
For merchants whose fulfillment centres don’t deliver orders as separate shipments, it becomes difficult to inform customers if some items from their order get shipped and some don’t. AfterShip lets merchants notify customers when their order is partially fulfilled with detailed information on the shipped and not shipped items.
Steps to set up partially fulfilled emails
- Log in to AfterShip Tracking admin
- Navigate to Notifications < Create email workflow
- Select Order status, remains or updates to, and Partially fulfilled
- Click Create
- Change the Status to Enabled
- Add extra filters if you want to determine what triggers this flow, and edit the email template if required
- Hit the Save button once you are done with the changes
