How to access the Revenue Center
You can access the Revenue Center from multiple entry points:
- AfterShip Admin Navigation > Revenue Center
- AfterShip Admin Home > Revenue Center
- AfterShip Tracking Admin Revenue Dashboard > Revenue Center
Understanding Revenue Center dashboard
Here’s what the Revenue Center dashboard looks like and shows performance at a glance:

Dashboard view
You can switch between two levels to view your performance data:
Store view (default)
- Shows analytics for the selected store only. You can switch stores to view analytics for a different store.
- Revenue currency: Store currency

Org view
- Aggregates analytics across the entire organization for a consolidated view.
- Revenue currency: USD

This allows you to analyze performance from both a store-level and org-level perspective.
Dashboard time and filter
The dashboard includes time and industry filters:
- Time filter: Displays data based on the order created date.
- Industry filter: Allows you to compare your organization’s performance against either all industries or only those within the same industry, giving you a more relevant benchmark.
- Date range: Supports 2025 revenue data only.

Rating criteria
Your performance is assessed based on how your metrics perform against the industry benchmarks and AfterShip peers. The following are the 4 grades to indicate your performance in the benchmark report:

How does AfterShip use data?
AfterShip collects and aggregates crucial data across organizations in the benchmarking pool:
- All data is anonymized, privacy-protected, and fully aggregated.
- No personal and confidential store information is ever shared during the benchmark reporting.
- Each dataset for benchmarking is guaranteed to be large enough so that no one can identify or make assumptions about the customers.
- If a dataset is too small, benchmarks will not be provided.
