Send Individual Shipments Emails With Selectable Templates

Overview


As a merchant, you would seek the privilege to send a shipment notification email of your choice to individual shipments. AfterShip lets you send shipment notification emails with a template of your choice. Also, you can preview your email to get a clear idea of what you are sending to your customers and how it looks.


Send shipment emails with selectable templates


There is a daily limit of 10 emails per shipment. Additionally, you can't use order status templates for shipment status notifications.


  1. Navigate to Tracking dashboard > Shipments in your AfterShip Tracking admin.
  2. Select an individual shipment.
  3. Click Send notification > Send email.
  4. By default, youโ€™ll see the recommended template based on the shipment's status. However, you can choose any template from the email list you have created in AfterShip Tracking > Notifications flows


  • The customerโ€™s email will be auto-fetched from the order information or you can choose to send the email to other email address.
  1. Preview the email on the right-hand side.
  2. Once satisfied, click Send.
