Overview
AfterShip Tracking lets its users send shipment-related notifications proactively. Through email workflows, automated updates can be ensured as well. Merchants can send test email or SMS notifications to themselves to ensure that everything is alright.
Steps to send notifications to yourself
- Log in to your AfterShip Tracking account
- Go to Notifications and click **notifications to yourself **
- Click Edit to modify the default templates for email and SMS notifications
- Enable internal notifications for different checkpoints for both email and SMS notifications
- The internal notifications for the following events are supported: Info received, In-transit, Out for delivery, Available for pickup, Delivered, Exception, and Failed attempt.
