Troubleshooting Nosto Recommendations

If you're experiencing issues with Nosto recommendations not appearing on your tracking page, it's likely due to configuration settings. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:


  1. Check AfterShip Domain Settings


If you are using an AfterShip domain for your tracking page, ensure that this domain is added to the "Other hosts used by the site" section in your Nosto Account settings.

Confirm that the Recommendation visibility option is turned on in your Nosto dashboard.
