Connect Sailthru With AfterShip Tracking

Overview


Sailthru is an email marketing tool to deliver personalized emails to customers. Connect Sailthru with AfterShip Tracking and send customized delivery update emails to shoppers. Once connected, AfterShip automatically sends key ** delivery events ** to Sailthru to trigger email notifications. You can send these delivery events or combine them with other events.



Connect Sailthru with AfterShip Tracking


  1. Go to ** Apps ** in the AfterShip Tracking admin
  2. Click View more apps in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Search Sailthru for AfterShip Tracking. Click on it and you will land on the ** Sailthru ** integration page

Navigate to the ** Sailthru ** integration page on the AfterShip Tracking website directly


  1. Click Install app
  2. Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking (Optional) for which you are establishing this integration
  3. On the Auth confirmation page, input your API key and API secret from Sailthru


Contact your Sailthru account manager for the API Key and Secret


  1. Click Install app



  1. You can check the connection under ** Apps ** dashboard of your AfterShip Tracking account
  2. Set up workflow at Sailthru to send engagement or transactional emails using the events from AfterShip Tracking

7 standard AfterShip Tracking events are synced to Sailthru, which act as triggers to replicate and send key shipment notifications in Sailthru to customers to keep them in the loop about the whereabouts of their packages.
