Connect Yotpo Reviews with AfterShip Tracking
Your Yotpo Reviews integration involves multiple steps. We will walk you through each one of them below in more detail.
- Create and set up a ** Yotpo Reviews ** account
- Go to ** Apps ** in your AfterShip Tracking admin
- Click View more apps, and you will be redirected to the AfterShip Tracking integration page
- Find Yotpo and select it to land on the detailed integration page
- Click Install app
- Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking for which you are establishing this integration and click Connect
- On the OAuth confirmation page, click Next and then hit Connect
You can find your Yotpo Reviews connection in the ** Apps ** section of your AfterShip Tracking Admin
Configure Yotpo Reviews campaign
- Go to Collect Reviews in your Yotpo Reviews admin
- Select Review Request Flow under Basics settings
- Under Review Request Trigger settings
- Input the time period after which the review request will be sent
- Select Delivery as a trigger from the dropdown
- Edit the subject line and email body, if required
- Additional review request optimization settings you can do as per your gaols
- Click Save changes
Your customers will receive a review request email when the package status is updated to Delivered in AfterShip Tracking.
